Shipping:

Germany:

- €6.50 shipping costs for orders under €70.00 up to a weight of 3kg
- Free shipping for orders over €70.00 for non-prescription medicines
- prescription medicines free shipping from 5 packs

Romania:
- Packing and postage (flat rate) 10€ up to a weight of 3kg

- We charge a fee of €2 for cash on delivery deliveries.

*For items that are shipped in a cool box, we charge an additional flat rate of €5.00

All other EU countries, if listed:

- Packaging and postage (flat rate) 20.00€ up to a weight of 3kg

- Shipping costs for orders under 200.00 €, from an order value of 200 € the order is free of shipping costs.

*We charge a flat rate of € 50 for Europe-wide DHL express shipping.

*For items that are shipped in a cool box, we charge an additional flat rate of €5.00

*Note for shipments abroad:
- We will inform you about the shipping costs for heavier packages on request. Any customs costs incurred are not included in the shipping fee and must be borne by the customer.

We not only supply the national area of ​​Germany or the EU, but almost the whole world.
Other delivery countries cannot be selected in the ordering process. If you would like delivery to another country that is not listed here, please contact us so that we can tell you everything about the delivery and the shipping costs incurred.

In all cases, delivery is by DHL and FedEx.
